Data & Research Analyst
We are looking for a passionate and certified Real Estate Data & Research Analyst. 

The right candidate will be able to acquire data, analyze, and interpret trends, resulting in information that can be used as insight on business decisions. The Real Estate Data and Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting macroeconomic, capital market, and property market research and analysis. This work  will serve as an outlet for you to gain valuable experience and knowledge on the Real Estate Industry. This position will provide experience in Real Estate Data Research, Market Research, Investment Research, Construction Management, Portfolio Management, and Asset Management departments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of an industry leading, data driven information system.
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systemsIdentify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Scrape data pertaining to Real Estate Analytics off of data sites such as Datausa.io, Census Bureau, Costar, etc
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Monitor, update, maintain and report on the variables underlying the information system.

Qualifications:

The property manager's responsibilities include managing financial matters, coordinating maintenance work, enforcing leases, and preparing performance reports. Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises.

This job will require the individual to constantly be on their feet,  traveling to the various states where Nord Group operates multifamily investments. At each of our projects, this individual will oversee the management company’s construction crew, understand cost basis on materials and ensure the project’s plan is going smoothly and within its budget. Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversees construction sites, general contractors, and workers to ensure a high level of quality and safety.
  • Creates and reviews Requests for Information and Requests for Proposal and Change Orders.
  • Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals and procedures.
  • Ensures that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents and good engineering practices.
  • Provides technical support to Managers.
