Taylor Barnhart recently joined Nord Group in 2024. Taylor’s diverse role includes Financial Reporting & Analysis, Accounting Oversight, Budgeting & Forecasting, Audit & Tax Compliance, Lender and Investor Relations, Financial & Strategic Planning, Acquisition/Disposition Coordination, as well as Capital & Risk Management. Prior to joining Nord Group, Taylor worked for Olive Tree Holdings first as their Corporate Controller, and then to help create and lead their Asset Management Department. Taylor was also the Corporate Controller for a Houston based property management firm and managed the on-boarding and stabilization of acquisitions. Previously, Taylor was the CFO of a LIHTC management group based in Denver and helped create, implement, and manage the accounting department for a rapidly growing portfolio. Taylor has over fifteen years of property accounting and leadership experience which specializes in multifamily, but also includes senior housing, commercial property management and assets with Section 8 & Section 42 LIHTC compliance requirements. Taylor holds a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from Seattle Pacific University. He is a former Rotary member and has served various advisory and leadership roles within the Denver and Houston Apartment Associations.

Rebecca began her real estate career working on traditional fix and flips in the DC/Baltimore Metro Region. She has since worked in middle-market real estate lending with billion-dollar portfolios for a regional bank and transitioned to commercial investment sales. Upon moving to theNYC Metro area, she focused on thoroughly mastering the NYC market through canvassing, cold-calling and learning the Manhattan and Brooklyn market and its players. Now, working on the acquisitions side for Nord Group, Rebecca combines her communication & underwriting skillset to continuing to build relationships on a national scale to source deals, underwrite and build the company's portfolio and its team.

Aileen is a highly accomplished Accountant with an impressive track record of over 9 years in the fields of audit, accounting, bookkeeping, payables, and taxation. Her expertise spans across diverse industries, including hotels, membership clubs, restaurants, automotive dealers, and business process outsourcing. With invaluable experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk in a prominent property management company, Aileen has honed her skills in financial reporting, particularly in the preparation of comprehensive financial statements and management reports.

Andrew is a young professional with over seven years of experience in the apartment industry. He began his career learning from a team focused on renovating apartments. During this time, he became fluent in the Spanish language. After working with and eventually managing this team, he switched his focus to the operational side of the apartment industry. He began his office experience as a leasing agent and quickly rose through the ranks to a project manager position overseeing every aspect of the property’s success (including disposition). From there he worked on the corporate team assisting with operations and asset management for a recently acquired portfolio.

With more than 12 years of experience in NYC property management, Fantasia leads the Nord Group's New York & New Jersey management team.

With 29 years in the multi-family industry, Chris has specialized experience in Student Housing, Commercial, Development,Affordable housing and Multi-family Real Estate. Chris was promoted to property manager from being a leasing agent in a short period of time. After several years as a property manager, he was then promoted to Project manager and then senior RegionalProperty manager. After joining the Nord Group in December of 2022, Chris helpedNord Management (our vertically integrated management division) take over the management responsibilities of the company's assets in the mid-west. Additionally, Chris leads the Nord Group's efforts to expand and purchase multifamily assets in the mid-west.

Sherwin graduated as a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. He has been working as a Data Analyst for more than 10 years with 3 different prestigious companies. Sherwin has been withNord Group for over a year now and handles the data analytics of asset management.Sherwin visually represents the performance data of Nord Group's current assets to the asset management team via PowerBi as well as analyzes income & expense inefficiencies to improve the overall performance of each asset. Moreover, Sherwin researches & analyzes data metrics of several different areas that the NordGroup is looking to acquire multifamily assets. Sherwin also helps the acquisition team in building comp reports & area reports to make sure the deal is within the Nord Group's investment & location guideline.

After graduating from The State University of New York at New Paltz in 2018 with a degree in Communications & Media Studies, Noah worked helping execute all things digital media at a nonprofit in New York, assisting the agency in overcoming the challenges of the 2020 pandemic. In 2023, Noah joined Nord Group as the Asset Marketing Director, providing marketing support and oversight for various Nord assets. Noah's passion and interest for real estate, architecture, and real estate development allow him to take a vested interest in the continued success of Nord's assets. Through Noah's marketing & rebranding efforts, the properties have seen a significant growth in leasing and occupancy. In his free time, Noah enjoys spending time exploring the outdoors, traveling, and playing guitar.

Richie is a Computer Engineering graduate class of 2010 who is pursuing a new career in real estate acquisitions from being in Insurance. Richie enjoys the challenges that come with underwriting multifamily acquisitions.To him, it builds up his analytical and decision making skills. Most of all he enjoys deploying his math skills while building spreadsheets and models on each particular investment. Richie previously worked as a Real Estate Insurance Quality Analyst. Outside work, Richie enjoys watching mystery and thriller movies such as Fight Club, The Game, The Prestige, Inception, Interstellar etc.

Cristina is one of our talented real estate investment analysts, bringing a unique perspective and a wealth of experience to our team. With a degree in computer science, she started her career as a real estate insurance underwriter and gained invaluable insights into the industry. Her passion for learning and a desire for new challenges led her to explore the dynamic world of real estate analysis, a role that she finds both fascinating and rewarding. Since starting at Nord Group in 2021, Cristina has already analyzed more than 500 potential multifamily investments and she continues to expand her expertise in analyzing opportunities in various states, gaining new insights and knowledge every day.

Christoffer is the firm’s lead acquisition manager. He has underwritten over 500 potential multifamily investments across the United States since he joined the company in 2021. Since joining, Chris has helped the firm close on over 500M of Multifamily Investments in 3 different states. Before Nord Group, he was the head of the Commercial Insurance Underwriting for a Forbes’ Global 2000 Company. Christoffer graduated in 2012 with a double major degree in finance & economics.
